Drone Building from Scratch

Introduction

🚁 Drone Building from Scratch is an entry-level student-led course designed for those interested in hands-on drone development. 🛠️ The course is organized and delivered by students, focusing on key steps in building a drone from the ground up. Participants will work together through the entire process —— from designing and manufacturing the drone frame, assembling components, to debugging and performing test flights.

📚 The course aims to cultivate students’ practical skills, design thinking, and independent learning abilities, bridging the gap between theoretical knowledge and real-world application. 🧑‍💻 Throughout the course, students will gain a deeper understanding of drone components, structure, and working principles. They will also explore design tools such as SOLIDWORKS to create their own drone frames. Through teamwork, students will build their custom-designed drones and learn how to use ground control stations for tuning and test flights.
